Service Description

We understand that one of a parent's greatest concerns is whether their child is developing appropriately. We have implemented "Ages and Stages," a developmental screening tool in our practice to identify infants and young children with any developmental delays or concerns. If any delay is identified, we will assist you in developing a plan to ensure your child's developmental needs are met. The Ages and Stages Questionnaire (Developmental Screening) are done at the following check-ups: 10 Month 12 Month 15 Month 18 Month 21 Month 24 Month 30 Month 3 Year 4 Year 5 - 14 Year
